Asbury Village Patio Homes
The focal point of The Manor, all-brick patio homes in Asbury Village, are the perfect choice for those seeking easy, relaxed living. Active, independent seniors enjoy freedom with peace of mind, neighbors who care, and amenities that define comfort. Choose from four single-level designer floor plans, featuring two bedrooms and bathrooms, attached garages, and sunrooms, along with other customizable features such as screened-in porches, covered patios, or trellis-covered patios. Each freestanding home is situated on an expertly landscaped lot that complements our unique master community plan. Monthly service fees vary, and the patio home occupancy fee is 100% refundable.
