Ingram Health Care Center is our Skilled Nursing Center at The Manor providing short and long term skilled nursing services that are designed to help residents reach their highest potential. Innovative programming strives to improve all aspects of life – physical, cognitive, emotional, social and spiritual.

Unlike other Nursing Facility options, our services are reserved exclusively to The Manor residents – including the amenities, care and hospitality that distinguish our Community in Florence.

Within a close partnership with each resident, their family and physician, our team develops and individualized plan of care to support maximum independence. Families are always welcome at The Ingram Health Care Center, bringing the unique comfort and support only loved ones can provide.

We offer Rehabilitation Services to get residents back to their best self, fast. Whatever your goals, we’ll help you get back to where you want to be. The Ingram Health Care Center also provides short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation services that caters to our Manor Residents. Following injury, surgery other medical events, our nursing and rehabilitation team will assist you in regaining strength and Independence – in the familiar community you already call home.

In partnership with your physician and under the supervision of trained professionals, we offer a full range of rehabilitation services; physical therapy, speech and occupational therapy.
