A: The Manor promotes independence and healthy living. Residents reside in a variety of friendly living areas, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. With more than 200 living spaces on campus, you will find the perfect place for you or your loved one to relax and enjoy retirement.
The Manor offers a variety of patio homes and Independent Living apartments that are built to encourage a comfortable, self-sufficient lifestyle.
All-brick patio homes in Asbury Village are the perfect choice for those seeking easy, relaxed living. Featuring five different single-level floor plans varying in size and design, as well as personal attached garages and sunrooms, each freestanding home is situated on an expertly landscaped lot. Monthly fees vary, with an optional 100% refundable occupancy fee available.
Spacious apartments with studio, one- and two-bedroom options let residents live life on their own terms, with floor plans that blend personal freedom and security with comfort and convenience. Monthly fees vary.
In our warm, friendly Assisted Living community, Wesleyan Suites, our caring and professional staff provides 24-hour watchful supervision in the privacy of one’s own apartment. Each resident has an individualized plan of care, and services include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication monitoring and other common activities of daily life. Plus, each suite includes features that encourage independence and promote personal comfort and safety. Monthly fees vary.
When someone you love has dementia or an Alzheimer’s-related condition, you want him or her to get the best care in the safest and most nurturing environment possible. At Magnolia Terrace, our Memory Care community, each resident is treated with dignity so that he or she has every opportunity to live a full and sustaining life. Every staff member is educated and well-trained in Memory Care, and every effort is made to encourage the physical and cognitive activity of each resident. Memory Care includes a private bedroom with bath for a standard monthly fee.
The experienced Catalyst Rehab team at The Manor provides compassionate care with high-quality therapy services and programs for any individual making the transition from hospital to home. Residents are offered a full array of physical, occupational and speech therapy services that are designed to enhance the functional skills of each resident by integrating nursing care, activities and diet. Plus, residents work through their own program at the pace best suited for them, which encourages physical progress and improvement as well as positive thinking. Our focus is treating each resident as a whole being—emotionally, socially, and physically. Recovery may be as short as one week or as long as several months. Fees vary based on type and length of treatment.
At The Manor, we understand that “home” is where people want to be when they are sick. If you or a loved one have recently been discharged from a hospital or any other facility, or are having temporary health problems, we are here to provide the best home health care for a full recovery. We also provide Home Health Services to our residents living with chronic health problems. Fees vary based on type and length of treatment.

A: We provide a full spectrum of services and amenities for your comfort and convenience. All of our residents share the benefits of 24-hour friendly and courteous staffing and security, 24-hour emergency response service, weekly housekeeping and flat laundry services.
Paid utilities (excluding phone and cable service), interior and exterior maintenance of your home, common areas and grounds, pest and termite control, scheduled courtesy transportation and recreational programs are available to all residents. Residents also enjoy restaurant-style, cooked-to-order meals, served in the dining room.

We regularly offer enriching recreational, educational, religious and cultural programs, including shopping and sightseeing excursions, worship services, and a variety of fitness and wellness programs.
A: Yes, residents are highly encouraged to bring their own furniture. The only furnishings The Manor provides are appliances. The rest is up to our residents and their desires and creativity — we want it to feel like home, so the sky is the limit!
A: Yes, residents are allowed to bring their cars as long as they hold a valid driver’s license.
